Our U.S. based Optical retail stores are designed to provide a world class customer experience. We are passionate about our products and services being the highest quality possible, while being a convenient and affordable option for the customers we serve.
Our missional focus is core to all that we do throughout the Success Vision organization. We define this focus as the humanitarian work characterized as "Medical Missions." Each year we partner with missions organization such as Soulteam and YWAM, to coordinate these medical missions trips to underserved countries. There are many ways our employees lead and serve through these medical missions efforts. Many of them will actually travel as part of the medical missions team, while others serve and lead, through donation collection and project administration.
We consistently recruit, hire, train and promote passionate and skilled employees, who desire to help us fulfill these two core objectives.
